Payroll you can check before you run it.
Seven steps from pay changes to approval. Every issue listed and fixed on one page, every payslip line explained, and SSF, CIT and TDS worked out on Nepal's rules.
Kartik 2083 payroll · 12 people · 4 to fix
- Blocking
Kiran Shrestha has no SSF number
Kiran Shrestha joined this month and is an SSF contributor, but no SSF number is on file, so the contribution cannot be filed.
- Blocking
Sita Rai's leave is not approved
Annual leave (18 to 20 Kartik 2083, 3 days) falls inside this pay period and is still waiting
- Blocking
Kamala Limbu's week 42 timesheet is open
Hours for week 42 are not approved, so attendance for the period has a gap.
- NPR 17,48,680
Net pay for the run
NPR 18,55,178 gross

What payroll does
- Every issue, one page
- Missing records, unapproved leave, open timesheets and negative pay are found before the run, each with the fix beside it.
- Statutory maths you can follow
- SSF, CIT and TDS are worked out on the rules in your payroll setup, and each payslip line explains itself.
- Approval with a trail
- Approving locks the run. Reopening it needs a reason, holds payslips and bank files until it is approved again, and is written to the audit log.
- Bank files and filing sheets
- A file per bank (NABIL, NIC Asia, Global IME, plus a generic CSV), a list of people with no account, and the contribution sheet and TDS schedule ready to file from.
