Compliance

Deadlines, expiries and rules, in one calm list.

The filing calendar fills from approved payroll. Contracts and documents warn you before they expire. Rules flag a problem when it is entered, not at audit time.

What compliance does

A filing calendar from approved payroll
Approving a payroll run adds its SSF contribution, CIT deposit and TDS schedule to the calendar, each with its due date in BS.
Expiry warnings
Contracts, work permits and licences count down in days, and the owner is reminded before they lapse.
Rules that flag at entry
Overtime above your monthly limit, pay below the minimum wage and schedules with no rest day are flagged when entered, before payroll runs.
Everything in one list
Filings, expiries and rule flags share one list sorted by urgency, so nothing hides in a spreadsheet tab.
SSF contribution depositsTo confirm
Within 25 days after month end (was 15 days before the 2082 amendment). Older guides still say 15 days.
TDS depositsTo confirm
By the 25th of the following Nepali month.
Minimum wageTo confirm
The statutory minimum is checked against every contract and salary change.
Labour Act 2074 rulesTo confirm
Overtime, weekly rest and leave are checked against the limits in your policy, which you set from the Act's template.
