Every laptop signed for. Every room booked.
Assign equipment to people, get it acknowledged on their phone, and book rooms and vehicles per branch. When someone leaves, the exit checklist already knows what to collect.

Assign a laptop to a new joiner. They acknowledge it on their phone, with the condition noted, and it shows on their profile until it comes back.

What assets & facilities does
- One register per branch
- Laptops, monitors, phones, ID cards and vehicles, each with a tag, a serial number and a holder. Head Office and Pokhara keep their own lists.
- Signed for on the phone
- The holder confirms receipt and the condition, so a scratched screen is on record from day one rather than at exit.
- Rooms, vehicles and shared kit
- Bookable resources have slots. A taken slot shows who has it, and a booking sends a calendar invite to the booker.
- Returns that close the loop
- A returned item goes to a check step before it is back in stock, and the person's profile stops listing it.
Works with the rest of deego
Nobody types the same thing twice. Here is what moves between assets & facilities and its neighbours.
Built for Nepal
How deego handles Nepal's rules- Registers per branch
- Head Office and Pokhara keep separate registers, and a van booked in Pokhara never blocks one in Kathmandu.
- Acknowledgement on the phone
- Staff confirm on their phone, on the web, or at a shared kiosk where there is no smartphone.
- Depreciation for the booksTo confirm
- Each asset carries a purchase date and cost so the accounts team can work out depreciation.
- Recovery through payroll
- If an item is not returned, its value can be recovered in the final settlement, with the reason shown on the payslip.
