What timesheets & projects does
- Hours by project and client
- Each row is a project, marked billable or not. People type time the way they say it: 7:30 or 7.5.
- Compared with attendance
- Booked time sits beside check-in time for each day. A gap of more than half an hour is flagged so it is fixed this week, not at month end.
- Approved weekly
- The week goes to the line manager, then to whoever approves projects. Both steps use the same approvals engine as leave.
- Billable share at a glance
- The ring shows how much of the week can be invoiced to a client, so under-billing is visible before the invoice is drafted.
Works with the rest of deego
Nobody types the same thing twice. Here is what moves between timesheets & projects and its neighbours.
Built for Nepal
How deego handles Nepal's rules- Saturday weekly off
- The week runs Sunday to Friday by default, and a branch with a different weekly off sets its own.
- Dates in Bikram Sambat
- Each column shows the BS date, with the AD date beside it where you need it.
- Public holidays pre-filled
- Province holidays appear as non-working days so nobody has to explain an empty cell.
Questions people ask
No. Timesheets are for projects, clients and billing reports. Pay comes from attendance and the payroll run.
